Do not expect the renowned Crystal Jade Shanghai cuisine here. At this branch the menu is dominated by Cantonese fare with the exception of shao long bao. The impressive array of Hong Kong-style dim sum on offer at lunch is freshly made and authentic. It also serves the best roast duck with a delicious crispy skin, while the roasted red pork is top notch too. For appetisers, try drunken pork knuckle or smoked pig shank and jelly fish. Also do not miss out on authentic Cantonese double-boiled soup with black chicken and Chinese herbs. The menu offers a large selection of mains from extravagant seafood, lobster and prawn dishes to speciality bird's nest and shark's fin fare. Fans of abalone and sea cucumber will also be delighted with the choices here, and braised fresh abalone with oyster sauce is a must.
