Once in SAN PEDRO the adventure is to tour the island on a golf cart and why not do it on the best golf carts in town "CRISTAL GOLF CART RENTALS".
CRISTAL GOLF CARTS have the best carts on the island with a fleet of 25 brand new club cars 2 of these being 6 passenger carts.

Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this chop-chop rental shop. To start, they jack their prices for tourists, so I recommend having a local call to reserve for you (I'll get to this later...)
We picked up the golf cart that we paid $80 USD /day for (later realizing this is highway robbery) to find out not only does it backfire every few minutes, but it was out of gas! If you've ever been to San Pedro, you know there are 1, maybe 2 gas stations on the island. This was a nightmare within itself. Not knowing the MPG on this piece o' crap cart, we put in $52 USD worth of gas, later realizing we returned it with over half a tank of gas.
The day we were scheduled to return, we stopped at Palapa Ball and Grill for lunch and the bartender (and the whole staff for that matter) laughed at us for paying such outrageous "tourist" prices. The bartender called the shop, without disclosing her name, and was quoted the price of $39 USD per day, or $80 BZ. When we returned the cart, we commanded to know why we were price gouged so highly, and the owner claimed "she's a personal friend". My husband asked, "what was her name?" since we had just spent the afternoon with the lovely Wendy. He immediately "forgot" and refused to give us a price break regardless of the faulty cart, lack of gas we were given AND the amount of gas we put back in.
We told our story throughout the town to everyone we could and informed our resort and the neighboring resort NOT to recommend this company to their guests. Turns out, this isn't the first scam they've done.
