El Squid Roe is three stories of energy and excitement. Located in downtown Cabo San Lucas this nightclub is located across from the Hard Rock Café and is popular with all ages. Minors are welcome until 10:30 p.m. at which point the party really gets started. The crowded dance floor is surrounded by tons of onlookers three levels high. Waiters are equipped with spray tanks of tequila to make their way through the energetic, colorful and very friendly patrons. The interior is a combination of brightly painted walls and ceilings, neon lights and humorous signs that adorn the walls.

In order to like this place you need to be young, love dancing, love crowds, and/or be really drunk. I don't dance and I hate crowds so this isn't really my kind of place. Having said that, this place is pretty nuts.. Completely packed full with a couple thousand people throughout the several levels, people dancing on tables, dance music, drinks, and a cheezy DJ. My friend and I sat in the seating area near the door while our wives danced. As long as I have a beer and a place to sit, I am fine.
