Tinto is an Argentinean style restaurant specializing in steaks cooked on the grill and in a wood oven. Fish and shellfish are prepared by the Peruvian Chef, Alan Banda. Tinto only serves the highest quality meat, Certified Angus Beef “High Choice” and Certified Angus Beef “Prime.” In addition to the steaks, specialties includes: beef ribs cooked in the brick oven for 16 hours, Certified Angus Beef Prime Filet, blue risotto with shrimp, ravioli filled with spinach and ricotta, and suckling pig.
