Our 'Hotelito' or little micro hotel features eight suites, each with a theme, such as "Serenity' or 'Abundance'. Most suites feature full tubs for purifying and relaxation. Herbs and salts have been selected for your convenience, custom blends are available on request. Small kitchens with refrigerators, range tops, blenders, tea and coffee pots, and of course, cooking and dining utensils are available in all suites but one. Linens are 100% cotton, laundered and sun-dried - a delightfully comforting experience. Casa Ixchel is 'island relaxed'. If you are looking for a full service, liveried staff hotel this may not be your best choice. However, if what you want is an 'away from it all' immersion in the natural Mexican Caribbean - uninterrupted sea, sun, moon and stars - you can do no better. By popular demand, children of all ages are welcome for Easter, Summer and Christmas School Holidays. If you are seeking a child-free vacation, please make your plans around these dates!
