Chef Ivan Flowers took Fournos over in December 2008 and have things changed! Truly over the top Mediterranean Italian food served in a bistro setting. Don't miss the lobster bisque, roasted corn esquite appetizers. LOVED the Mahi Mahi & my friend raved about the rack of lamb for a week! Shared a bottle of Michael Sullberg Cabernet off of small but good wine list. Also, shared a tiramisu dessert. Can't wait to go back! Can see why Fournos was named a top 25 restaurant in AZ by AZ Highways Magazine!
