The Brewing Company offers traditional pub fare with a creative multi-ethnic "plantation" menu featuring items of tropical delicacies such as fresh fish and seafood, with light hors d'oeuvre dishes to enjoy with your favorite beer or cocktail, and hearty entrees plus "sinful" desserts.
Try our handcrafted beers brewed onsite in copper clad and stainless steel tanks showcased behind out concrete bar tinted with west Kauai's authentic petroglyphs! The Pub offers a variety of quality tee shirts for our guests to take back as a memory of their visit to this unique location on the west side and the foot of Waimea Canyon.
Special nights, the Pub offers live Hawaiian music, and/or a blue grass band to liven the spirits of our customers. |

There are many things about Kauai which are great. One thing that is not great is the local beer. Being somewhat of a beer snob, I try and stop by any local brew house. I have been here several times and the beer they brew is pretty poor. It is just not up to snuff with what I expect from a brew pub. With that said the food is fine to good, but over priced. The atmosphere is pleasant and the grounds are very nice. We usually walk around the grounds a bit when we visit here.

We stopped in here for lunch on our way to go see the canyon. The food was good, the beer not so great, and the grounds are beautiful.
