Bouchons Hanalei, Restaurant and Sushi Bar, is the evolution and fusion of two previously successful restaurants in Hanalei - Zelo's Beach House and Sushi Blues. Last year, the veteran owner merged the two concepts into one, and named it "Bouchons Hanalei".
Bouchons is located in Ching Young Village, where visitors and locals alike can experience the new Pacific American cuisine with a fresh new menu, fusion foods and a new atmosphere all tied in with avant-garde sushi served from the aptly named "Sushi Blues" sushi bar.
