Chef Jean Marie Josselin, one of the 12 founding members of Hawaii Regional Cuisine is returning to the Island of Kauai to introduce a new, more rustic way of cooking. Josselin received recognition from prestigious culinary institution for his innovative culinary style and use of fresh, organic ingredients. The James Beard Foundation nominated him for “Best Chef of the Northwest”. Bon Apetit magazines singled out his former restaurant “A Pacific Cafe” as one of the best restaurants in the country”; and Conde Naste Traveler chose “A Pacific Cafe” as one of it’s “50 Choice Restaurants Around the Country. Wine Spectator Magazine voted his “808 Seafood Restaurant” at Caesar’s Palace “Top 10 Restaurants” in Las Vegas.
“Josselin’s Tapas Bar and Grill” at Kukui’ula Village Shopping Center introduces dishes inspired by flavors from around the world, served “Tapas” style. “Tapas” is a wide variety of dishes meant to be shared amongst family and friends.
