A tiny sidewalk cafe that uses fresh local ingredients to make scrumptous Ahi nori cilantro wraps, tofu and chicken stir fry plates, organic salads, fish tacos and more. Great food at a great price! Take out or dine at a handful of tables on Kapaa's main drag. Mermaids takes kaffir lime, lemon grass, local lemons (Meyers when available), and organic herbs, to make the sauces and beverages that go with their tasty dishes. The fresh-squeezed lemonade is made daily, and you can choose white or organic brown rice.
