Ironwood Beach is a good option for beating the crowds. This beach is located at the Ironwood Condos and at times is a surfing destination due to its northern exposure. Swimming is good in the shallow areas, however, riptides and dangerous currents are found here at times. Parking is at the Ironwood Condos and there is a trail down to the beach from there.
