Oheo Gulch is at the end of the road to Hana, more commonly known as the Seven Sacred Pools. An amazing reward for the long drive to Hana, Oheo Gulch is on Route 31 about 10 miles past Hana in the Kipahulu District of Haleakala National Park. There are not 7 pools, and they are not sacred, but they are beautiful. It is comprised of waterfalls and pools, one leading into the other. You can swim or soak in these pools and falls, however, it is not advised to swim in the pool nearest the ocean.

I have been here a couple of times and never realized there was a trail that leads to the higher falls. We really only saw the lower pools which are beautiful. Don't turn around when you get to Hana, this place is well worth the visit.
