This is probably my favorite restaurant in Portland. They simply know how to cook and they have Northwest cuisine down to a science. Whatever soup they are serving - get it. It will probably be the best soup you have ever had. Only downside is that they don't take reservations and it can get crowded.

This is a consistently wonderful place. Food is very good, fresh and uniquely prepared. They use local and seasonal stuff, so always something new and good on the menu. One of the best restaurants on the eastside.
