The Edgewater Brasserie is set right on the water's edge with a view of the swimming pool and the shimmering blue lagoon. You can relax under an outdoor “bure” (hut) with a traditional "kikau" thatched roof and enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze while dining on fine local cuisine and sipping on a cool drink.
Each night of the week boasts a unique themed menu and a buffet dinner with thrilling live entertainment from Rarotongan dancers. Apart from an evening dining experience, the Brasserie also offers breakfast and lunch with a poolside snack menu also available throughout the day.
You won't want to miss our twice-weekly 'Island Nights', held on Tuesday and Saturday, featuring delectable local dishes and exhilarating live entertainment. Our mouthwatering buffet feast includes an exciting selection of Rarotongan dishes such as Ruakau (tips of the taro leaf, cooked in coconut milk), Ika Mata (marinated raw fish), Whole Baked Tuna, tender Roast Pork as well as a whole range of delectable desserts to choose from.
